The EuroScan International Networks comprises Members, an Executive Committee / Board and a Secretariat.

The association is actually handled according to the statutes. By this the association is now registered in Germany as a legal entity. Within a meeting of the former losse network in Rome, all tasks and duties are overtaken by the new scientific association.

The Board is made up of representatives from members of the association.There is an elected President, Vice-president, Scientific Director, Registrar and Secretary General.
The President, Vice-president and Secretary general form the executive committee, representing the association legally.
Although Board members can be employed by or represent an organizational member, they are nominated to the Board based on their personal experience.
The Secretary General is connected to and proposed by the hosting organisation and as well elected by the membership for the term of the hosting secretariat.

The executive board is representing the members of the board who can legally represent the association (E). 

The association is registered as a non-commercial, non-for-profit organisation in Germany. The association is registered at the disctrict court of Cologne: VR 19436.


The Secretariat is currently based at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Koeln gGmbH (RFH). The RFH is an university for applied science.

The tax registration is done in Germany reflecting also the common public status of the legal entity.
